At Backdoor detective, we strive to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.
All initial consultation fees are non-refundable. This fee covers the time and expertise provided by our detectives during the consultation process. Payment rule is 50% advance before starting work and remaining 50% after completion of work.
Once an investigation service has been initiated and agreed upon, a portion of the service fee becomes non-refundable to cover preliminary expenses such as research, travel, and administrative costs. The non-refundable portion will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.
If you wish to cancel the service after it has commenced, you must notify us in writing. Refunds for the remaining balance will be pro-rated based on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation. Detailed records of the work performed will be provided upon request.
In the event that we are unable to complete the investigation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed and resources expended.
